  1. What is GREENCANAL TRAVEL?

    Pacific Experience is a deluxe, wholesale tour operator to the South Pacific, Asia, India and Nepal. Our destinations are: Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti, the Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Singapore & Malaysia, Hong Kong & China, Thailand, Burma, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Japan, Nepal, India and Bhutan.
  2. Why should I use GREENCANAL TRAVEL?

    We offer custom designed trips for the discerning traveler. We are able to pull together all the elements of a clients detailed requirements and package them to suit their needs. In the USA we offer professional, personalized service with up to the minute information and hands on experience, and we have representatives on call in each country to provide local documentation and assistance to clients while traveling.
  3. Who use our services?

    Travel agents are our primary clients. We may accept a consumer directly if they refuse to deal with a travel agent. In general, consumers who contact us directly will be referred to a local travel agent.
  4. Can you send me brochures?

    Given that each trip is different, we do not produce a brochure. If clients have specific properties in mind, we are happy to send brochures. We can also send sample itineraries. For general information for clients who have no idea where they wish to go, we recommend contacting the individual tourist offices for each country as they have far greater stocks of printed material.
  5. Do you have services charge?

    With the assurance that a client has serious intent to travel, we are always happy to generate a quote for an itinerary. However with a complex itinerary requiring a great deal of time, we do require a $250.00 deposit up front in order to proceed. The deposit is fully credited toward the cost of the trip should clients decide to book with Pacific Experience.
  6. Can you arrange 1 day sightseeing or 1 night accomondation?

    Generally we find that this is not cost effective for us, the agent, or the client. However, we are happy to book anything requested, but for very small bookings we require an additional $150.00.
  7. What if something happen while they are traveling with us?

    Our offices in each country are aware of our client needs and are available at all times to assist.
  8. Can you help me to plan my air itinerary?

    Yes. Because we plan so many trips to this part of the world, we can usually give advice on airfare structures and the best way to plan your air.
  9. How can I pay?

    We accept personal and company checks, payment by bank wire and the American Express Card. If possible we request that you advise a payment method at the time of booking. All credit card and bank wire payments incur a 3% administration fee.
